To further strengthen our capabilities, we are establishing a third sterile manufacturing facility dedicated to serving regulated international markets.

Our Gurugram manufacturing facility specializes in the production of Dental Implants, Orthopaedic Implants, Collagen Products, Gelatin-Based Medical Devices, Surgical Sutures, Bone Regeneration Products, and a wide range of other advanced medical and dental devices. Each product is developed and manufactured with a focus on safety, efficacy, and clinical performance.

DCL's manufacturing facilities operate under controlled laminar airflow cleanroom environments and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Our production processes are supported by comprehensive in-house and external testing of raw materials and finished products to ensure uncompromising quality. The facilities are further equipped with dedicated RO water supply and storage systems, enabling a hygienic and controlled manufacturing environment.
